![]() ![]() “There are hundreds of thousands of sovereigns in the United States of America but I am not one of them. Hence the saying “we are owned by the system”.LITERALLY.įACT: The government recognizes two distinct classes of citizens: a state Citizen and a federal citizen. Citizen is pledged as collateral for the National Debt.Įvery citizen is given a number (*the red number on the Birth Certificate) and each live birth is reported to be valued at 650,000 to 750,000 Federal Reserve dollars in collateral from the Fed. and the property and assets of every living U.S. The original birth or naturalization record for every U.S. Furthermore, these ‘copies’ have a serial number on them, issued on special Bank Bond paper and authorized by “The American Bank Note Company”. (More on this later). In the USA, citizens have never obtained their original Birth Certificates - what they possess is a copy. American Bank Note Company is a subsidiary of American Banknote Corporation and products range from currencies and credit cards to passports, driver’s licenses, and birth certificates. It took a while due to delays with the DVLA but these numbers worked and my provisional has arrived, so for anyone reading this in the future using these numbers works, so use them. The American Bank Note Bldg. ![]() ![]() Is this still the serial number?Īll help would be appreciated, thank you all very much in advance!ĮDIT since this appears in Google searches - I sent in the number in the top right of my birth cert (seven numbers then two letters) and my national insurance number for the P60. However, mine is seven numbers and then two letters (potentially because I was born in Scotland). The serial number of my birth certificate was suggested to be in the top right of the certificate on The Student Room, being two letters and then a seven digit number. The best things I found were an old thread on here from 2017 suggesting that the serial number of my P60 is just my national insurance number. The form says "please write the serial numbers of the documents you are enclosing", but I don't know what these are and Google doesn't seem to come up with anything useful. I'm applying for my first provisional licence and have to send my birth certificate and my P60 as I do not have a passport. ![]()
